James T. "Tom" Gallman has been with the U. S. Small Business Administration for approximately 24 years serving in Liquidations, Portfolio Management, Lender Relations and Marketing & Outreach. He has served as Contract Liaison Officer for SBA with the Small Business Development Center Pilot Project in 1978 & 1979.

He has worked for SBA offices in Charlotte, NC, Nashville, TN, Miami & Jacksonville, FL district offices. He instructed classes for the American Institute of Banking as well as serving as an instructor for Jaycees in Jacksonville, FL in Project Business, which was a course of study for 9th graders to learn about business operations.
